Wayne A Christenson Jr, MD
After earning his medical degree from University of Iowa School of Medicine, Dr. Christenson received training at the
Anorexia Nervosa Unit of Atkinson Morley's Hospital in London, England.
Before joining NorthStar Center, Dr. Christenson was Medical Director of Child and Adolescent Services for Oaklawn
Hospital in Goshen, Indiana.                                   
Dr. Christenson believes in maintaining a close communication with your family physician on the care you receive to provide
the best possible diagnosis and treatment for your overall health.








Matthew L. Davis, M.D.
Dr.Davis earned his degree from Indiana University School of Medicine.
Dr. Davis served as Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Indiana
University School of Medicine.  Dr. Davis has been in private practice for
9 years in Indianapolis, Indiana.  He is board certified in Psychiatry.  Dr. Davis works closely with your primary care
physician to ensure that all issues relating to your  total well being are monitored and addressed.









Bruce P. Hackworth, PhD
Bruce Hackworth graduated from Michigan State University with a masters degree in social work and received his Doctorate
in Psychology from Andrews University.  Dr. Hackworth has supervised and taught at Indiana University South Bend
Campus and has worked as an EAP counselor and crisis intervention counselor.  Dr. Hackworth will be available for
psychological testing including fitness for duty testing and disability evaluation.

Coral Brenneise, LCSW
Coral Brenneise graduated from Andrews University with her Master in Social Work.  She is trained and certified in EMDR
Therapy, and has year of clinical experience in PTSD and family counseling.  Her training in EMDR can help victims of
trauma finally find a way to deal with haunting memories.  She will work with the victim to establish a plan that will work for
them.
